Cal Kestis/Jaro Tapal Lightsaber is a set of themed lightsaber parts obtainable in Jedi: Survivor video game. This is my take on the hilt design, made printable and customizable with my Lightsaber Assembly kit. It includes the parts needed to dual wield, construct a double bladed saber, carry a long crossguard saber, or just carry the normal length single saber. Each hilt type is a different length depending on yoru construction. Standard lengths of each can be found in the photos. The diameter of the grip is about 1.75 in (45 mm).
This lightsaber kit is compatible with all my saber designs, and parts can be mixed and matched to make your own cutom saber!
Each section is named the same way for all my lightsaber designs.
This hilt will accept a 1" diameter Blade. The interior has been designed to fit an LGT, Damiensaber, or other saber cores of the same form factor. Charge port access (USB C Type), a button cover, and set screw locations are integrated into the design. You will need metal thread heat inserts and M4 set screws to use this kit with a core and blade. Print parts that need set screws with double your normal wall thickness!
ASSEMBLY: The Lightsaber Assembly kit contains models for putting your hilt together. It comes with press fit parts, as well as threaded parts for easy customization. There are two sizes of adapters - 32 mm and 24 mm. This kit also comes with a new 28mm adapter for the offhand saber to accept a saber core. It is recommended you print adapters at a high infill % for strength. This model uses the following adapters for each part:

Cross Guard
Metal Thread Inserts
Insert the button cover from the inside of the hilt before installing your core. It will stay in place after you adjust the core set screw.
To make game accurate double bladed saber, use the JT Double Connector part to join the two grips together.
PRINTER SETTINGS: No scaling is needed; this model was made to be a life size prop. Measurements for the hilt are in the photos. For higher quality, we reccommend a layer height of .1mm an any FDM printer. We recommend orienting the hilt sections vertically on your printer, and use supports where necessary.
