DESCRIPTION

Known as Number 16, he is a character that appears in the Dragon Ball Z manga and anime. He was one of the androids created by Dr. Gero whose objective was to assassinate Son Goku. Android 16 was completely cybernetic, but defective, because he did not want to harm people or nature.
