This Alfur file was designed as a cosplay prop to wear on the ear or as a library ornament.

If you plan to use it on your ear, first print the calibration file, test it, and once you're satisfied, apply the same proportions to the final file.

For both uses, I recommend an infill density of 5-10%, especially for the ear version.
