This is the collar worn by Royal Pain in Sky High.

The collar is the piece that is most customized to a person's body, as it has to fit the slope of the shoulders and the angle of the chest and back. I designed this file to fit my body, so you may have to customize it in a CAD software in order to get it to correctly fit your body.
