Custom designed 2 piece rim / body to fit the larger 1/8 scale LEGO technic vehicles ( Bugatti/Porsche/Lamborghini)

Has been modeled / printed / test fitted to ensure dimensional accuracy. For testing , the body has been printed in PLA on a standard FDM 3d printer ( Qidi Xmax ) at 20% infill and 0.2mm layer height. At 50mm/s each wheel will take 1 1/2 hours to print.For the highest level finish, the rim ( face ) has been printed on an SLA resin printer ( Qidi shadow 6 ) at 0.05 layer height. A full set of 4 x rims can be printed on this machine in 6 hrs.

Parts can be painted if required, as resin will accept paint nicely.

Will require 3 x technic pins ( 2780 ) PER wheel for installation.

The purchaser is responsible for quality of finished product as well as fitment, due to varying differences and capapbilities of various 3D printing machines available on the market.
