The Vulture (Adrian Toomes) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Toomes is an inventive, but maniacal genius who designed a special suit that allows him to fly at vast speeds. After turning to a life of crime, he became the superhero Spider-Man's recurring enemy and the Sinister Six's founding member. Other characters have also taken the mantle.
