Helmet Sizing:

Head Circumference: Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears.

Face Width: Measure the distance between the widest points of your face (cheekbone to cheekbone).

Face Height: Measure from the middle of your forehead (hairline area) to the tip of your chin.

Add Allowance: Add 1–2 cm (about 0.5 inches) for comfort and breathability.

Layer Height: 0.2 mm for optimal detail and reasonable print speed.

Supports Needed: Organic supports work best to preserve the intricate wing details.

Model Cutting: For smaller printer beds, consider cutting the helmet in your slicer software. Adding alignment tabs can make assembly easier.

Post-Processing:

Carefully remove supports to avoid damaging the wings.

Sand edges and smooth surfaces to enhance the finish.
