A twist on my round collar design (sorry I couldn't resist :D). The collar shape is shaped to fit comfortably and attractively on the wearers neck. A locking pin in the front can be secured with a luggage sized padlock, or simply held closed by the pin.

The included zip has eight sets of .stl files, for neck circumferences from 12 to 17 (30-44cm). Simply measure the circumference of the wearer's neck and choose the next size up to print. The files will print easily on a bed at least 220 x 220mm. My example collar pictured was printed in gold silk PLA at the 13.5" size. Also included is the collar in size 13.5 as .obj file, for anyone who prefers that (you'll need to scale in your slicer to get the right fit - I recommend my presized stl files).

The twisted nature of the collar makes this the most stress test style of my collars for a 3d printer - I recommend the highest quality setting you can use, and if you want it to be perfectly smooth after it would require quite a bit of sanding.
