Measuring Instructions

For full-size wearable use

Measure your face across eye level (temple to temple).

Scale the model in slicer so mask width matches your measurement.

General adult reference: ~150–170mm face width.

For miniature displays / dolls / figures

Measure figure head width across eyes.

Scale mask until inner eye distance matches your figure.

Print a small test to confirm.

Check wall thickness.

Printing Tips

Supports recommended (tree supports ideal)

FDM = 0.12–0.2mm layer height

Infill ~10–15%

Split & glue if printing full-size on smaller machines

Sand edges lightly for smooth contact with skin

Prime before painting

Metallic acrylics look beautiful (gold, bronze, silver)

Add a resin or glass gem for the centerpiece

Light black wash to bring out carvings

Satin or gloss clear coat for elegance

Fit tuning:Use a hairdryer or low heat gun to gently shape the mask to your face after printing.
