Gourmet Knight Streusen is the executive chef of the Big Mom Pirates,[1] and is also the co-founder of the crew alongside Big Mom herself.[3]

Prior to meeting Linlin, he was the chef of a pirate crew that has since fallen apart.[3] Since meeting Linlin as a child he has sailed the seas for decades by her side, even accompanying her during her time as a member of the Rocks Pirates.[2]
