Ao longo dos anos sabemos que Vegeta se igualou a Goku em outras formas de Super Saiyajin, como aquelas que aparecem em Dragon Ball Super. Mas sua forma Super Saiyajin 3, com longos cabelos, nunca foi revelada antes - ao menos em caráter canônico, tendo em vista que uma versão de Vegeta SSJ3 surgiu no anime promocional Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
