2) Mmth2pc_hlw. Hollow version with separate tusks.

3) Mmth1pc_sld. Solid one piece version.

4) Mmth1pc_hlw. Hollow one piece version

For .stl there are separate charm and sculpture version.The circle is a separate mesh, can be removed, moved or scaled.
