Doctor Strangefate (Charles Xavier) combines Marvel Comics’ Doctor Strange and Charles Xavier with DC Comics’ Doctor Fate.

Background Strangefate discovered that the two keys controlled by Access would merge the separate universes of DC and Marvel, threatening the existence of the Amalgam universe.

To prevent this, Doctor Strangefate enlists Jade Nova, Skulk, and White Witch to capture Access, hoping to protect the survival of his world. However, Access hides the keys beyond Strangefate's reach, and the Amalgam universe faces destruction despite his efforts.

In the All Access miniseries, it's revealed that Strangefate survived by embedding himself deep within Doctor Strange’s psyche. By subtly manipulating Strange, he caused several cross-dimensional disruptions until Batman and Access exposed his presence. To contain the threat, Doctor Strange sealed the Amalgam universe in a pocket dimension, ensuring Strangefate could no longer endanger Marvel or DC.

Though Lobo the Duck suggests that Strangefate may be deceased, the story is considered non-canon within the Amalgam timeline, leaving his fate uncertain.
