In this work, we start from the notion that meditation allows us to create a space between our true self and the noise of our mind. The idea of ​​the meditative astronaut represents a moment of the meditator's interiorization and at the same time the expansion and contemplation of the whole.

Meditation is practiced in numerous religious traditions.
