3D print mold for ear silicone prosthesis 3D print model

This is my new trial of making the mold for the ear silicone prosthesis. I already tested and got a nice result.

I recommend printing with FDM printer. SLA printer is more accurate and smooth surface, but silicone will not cure with some material resin of SLA.

Better to use the high-resolution mode of FDM printer.

In my photo, I use 0.015mm layer thickness.

The silicone out come is showing layer line but it will be disappeared after final silicone coating.
