This model of Han in Carbonite can was made to be printed at virtually any size - from small scale to life-size. It was created from a scan of a copy of the original prop, which meant that a lot of detail was missing, as well as some warping of the image. I re-shaped and re-sculpted in as much detail as I could, referencing archive photos of the original prop, adding many details that are missing in other Han in Carbonite figures that are available for purchase.I put the size at one-tenth scale for convenience, but it can be printed smaller, or full size (by scaling up 10X - from 100% to 1000%) and used with full-size box kits available online. It does not include a model of the box or the extras (the Volvo boxes) as those can be found online or created from scratch. I tried to match the dimensions of the figure and the surroundings to the original prop, based on the available schematics (including the tapered dimensions), but some adjustments may be necessary. I included two versions of the figure - one with the detailed background and one of just the figure. For larger prints, adjust the orientation as needed and cut the file to fit your 3D printer bed.
