This is a high-poly sculpture completed in zbrush (version 2023) and optimized by Decimation Master. It is a non-subdivided triangular high-poly, undeveloped UV, no texture, solid high-poly, and has been checked for seals and non-manifolds.

In order to be able to 3D print, I cut, slotted and installed pile head in blender (version 4.3). Output Stl and obj print compatible format files, the output size is 80.3*160*89.8mm, the model accuracy tolerance is 0.1mm, if the accuracy tolerance of the printing device is greater than 0.1mm, the model scale needs to be enlarged to ensure that the printed model can be assembled smoothly.The screenshot has the PLM test printing effect.In addition, I also kept the initial model without cutting, and you can also cut it yourself according to different needs.

The screenshot rendering was completed in blender, using the Cycles renderer, with a separate blender rendering file with material lighting.
