The file contains 4 faces, 1 bangs and the head with the hairs separated to articulate, also the halo as an accessory and the 2 unions to assemble the unions for the hair, I made two versions, one to print with filament (fdm) and another to print (sla) with resin.
I did it this way because when I wanted to print in resin it came out different because the resin expanded when curing making the inserts unusable, for the holes and inserts I had to enlarge in the resin version, and even modified. an insert for easy face placement.
I made this model using the Kong head as a base, I had to make the holes and joints myself from scratch. While making this model I realized that making it in resin and hollowing it out weighs half as much as a Kong and it is made of filament without much filler which makes it even lighter.
I recommend that you print the joints with filament, if you print the resin version and it is difficult to fit the joints, try to rescale the joint by 5 or 10% and try again, for the pieces with face or bangs inserts if it is difficult When fitting, try to sand the pieces because when they are printed or cured they may enlarge or shrink by a small percentage
update 14/2 : In case you need to change the scale of the joints, I added another one a little long if you need to change the scale to fit between the hair pieces because it can happen that the first version of the joint falls short if you need to rescale it down, with this will fit, rembember if the joint not fit with 100 try 90 or 85%
