The kit was designed for milling on a CNC machine, however, it is suitable for printing on a 3D printer. The model for the models was taken as a checker of the 1881 model, which was put into service. In 1881, a military reform was carried out in the Russian Army, as a result of which a saber was adopted in the process of unification of edged weapons for the armament of cavalry units, as well as the officer and engineering corps. The saber remained in service with the hussar and uhlan units, as well as some units of the Life Guards. In addition, the saber has become a statutory melee weapon for police and gendarmerie officers.
