First ZIP – 2 STL files: Embossing rollers for pattern application

STL File 1 – Pattern width on the front: 3 mm, inner diameter: 6 mm, outer diameter: 14 mm, length: 4.00 mm, detail height: 1.0 mm

STL File 2 – Pattern width on the front: 6 mm, inner diameter: 6 mm, outer diameter: 14 mm, length: 7.00 mm, detail height: 1.5 mm

European standard roller holder:

1. Roller holder available in STL, AI, EPS, DXF, and PDF formats – can be 3D printed or cut from metal sheet.

Features:*** All designs are pyramid-shaped to easily imprint into the material and exit smoothly.

Notes:If you own a 3D printer, this set is especially useful. Be sure to review the technical specifications if you’re unsure about how best to use the two rollers.

You can also print them in wax (via jewelers) and cast them in brass – ideal for hot embossing on leather and wood.

Alternatively, you can order a 3D print in cobalt-chrome (CoCr) (used in dental labs). I personally use these to emboss silver and brass. A download link for these materials will be available soon!

Printing Tips:All files are support-free and optimized for printing with a layer height of 0.2 mm.You can insert a 6 mm metal rod into the center hole and roll the tool over clay while holding both ends.

Customization:If your machine uses a different key slot (keyway) or inner diameter, I’ll gladly modify the file for free.
