Batman cowl and neck inspired in the Noel Design,this is an update from the free version of my design, this includes the necka piece in a separated fileWalls are mostly constant of 4 to 2mm.you may need to scale it at your needs.by default cowl fits an adult, neck piece needs to be made of a flexible material to be abel towear it
