Nested Platonics are a set of 3D shapes that are created by nesting five Platonic solids inside each other. The Platonic solids are the five regular polyhedra that can be constructed in three dimensions: the tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. To create a Nested Platonics, you start with a Platonic solid and then nest another Platonic solid inside it, and so on. The process can be repeated as many times as desired. The resulting shapes are complex and beautiful, and they have been used in art, architecture, and design.
