Was happy and excited to find this particular model on your site and even more so when the designer allowed for a discount as my first purchase as a student living in a country with a weak currency to the USD. I recently asked for a file type conversion to FXB, as my software is unable to open the main file, but have not heard back. If I cannot get the file, I may have to ask for a refund. Overall it’s been a good experience so far and hoping I can actually open my purchase sometime soon.
