DESCRIPTION

KCIC Whoosh high-speed train service will connect Jakarta and Bandung, reaching speeds up to 350 km/h (217 mph). This public service revolutionizes travel, providing a swift, comfortable, and scenic journey between these two vibrant cities. The project, a collaboration between the Indonesian government and China Railway International Co., Ltd., highlights the power of international partnership and technological advancement. This train was enter service since 2 October 2023.
