I didn't read the information correctly and thought the 3D model was actually a 3D model, you know, 3 dimensional. I didn't download any of the information that was sent to me and your company wouldn't refund my money. I understand that some people would download the information and say they didn't and want their money back but I didn't, I made an honest mistake. So I'm out $50 and you're out nothing. Great way to do business. I'll be sure and not recommend you to anyone.
