DESCRIPTION

A highly accurate and realistic 3D model of the Yamaha YTS-280.

The YTS280 is a sax which really stands out from the pack when it comes to student horns- with its smooth keywork, easy blowing character and overall responsiveness this is a sax which is very hard to beat. Add to that the Yamaha 4C mouthpiece included as standard, rugged build quality, very good case and the fact they hold their value exceptionally well and this is very much the instrument of choice in its price range.

The modelling on this saxophone is highly accurate, with high-poly segments of the sax handcrafted.

Bought the 2 Sax bundle. I´m using the fbx and obj files here. Alto sax is perfect- well split and very tidy, but the tenor sax is pretty messy, all merged into one object with lots of annoying intersections- hard to generate useful polygon selections for retexturing purposes. And why isn´t there any mesh preview in the item gallery? Kind of an uncool blind purchase for 100 bucks.
