DESCRIPTION

*Plant Bend Simulation *

A Geometry Nodes-based simulation in Blender where plants or other 3D assets on a plane dynamically bend when touched by a moving object.

Made in Blender version 4.5, tested and supported from Version 4.5 and up

Ride a bicycle through tall grass and high plants, the plants bend and react with the help of the geo nodes interaction.Simply play your animation or bake the simulation and watch foliage react dynamically.

A lighter, fully procedural alternative to traditional physics setups.

The workflow is simple and fast:

**1. Add the Geo Nodes Simulation to your plane

  1. Add your collider object to the scene
  2. Animate the collider moving across the target plane
  3. Select your plant and collider collections in the Geo Nodes panel
  4. Play the animation until the end of the animation (or bake the whole animation which results in heavy cache files)
  5. Render the scene**
