I just purchased the "Old Bridge" model and it worked flawlessly for me. The details are well crafted and the textures are great. I work mainly in After Effects and incorporated it into a scene being built using Element 3D. Often stock models have issues when importing for a variety of reasons but this one was well organized and had all the assets needed to make it work great for my project.
