I suggest that before you rate any model made by any creator/artist here in CGTrader, you should contact them with any issues that you may present on the model, as many of us are open to help solve the issues.
You did NOT contact me stating you had issues with the files for me to investigate further...but still reviewed it negatively, no questions asked.
Also, in the 4 years selling the model, I had never had anyone complain that they couldn't open any file, please download them again and try as it could be an issue at your end.
