Included in this zip file is a blend file, and stl file, and an obj of the stand arrow model made in blender. To enable the wood texture of the shaft, please use the png entitled Wood texture provided in the zip file.

Yes, but might require some support from slicing programs like chitubox, depending on the printer that you are using.

Apart from the lights, no animation is included in the blend file.
