This product is for Architectural 3D rendering and Gaming.

There is one mesh and only one shader optimized for PBR with five maps (DIFF, REFL, GLOSS, NORM and IOR).
The texture is in very good quality (4K) and there are 12 different textures of covers, no pages within.
Obviously, novels are fake, pictures come from royalty free image, the text is in french.
