Fast Food Restaurant Space Model

Fast Food Restaurant Space Model 3D model

Description

This 3D model represents a fast-food restaurant interior designed with an industrial-style theme, featuring elements commonly seen in real fast-food restaurants. For your convenience and creative freedom, a plain white version of the space model is also included, allowing you to customize and decorate it according to your own vision. Created with SketchUp 2020 (recommended for the best editing experience). Plain white model files are also provided in .obj and .fbx formats for flexible editing in other 3D software. Reference preview images are included for better visualization. This model is ideal for visualization, concept development, or use as a base for your own unique design.

This model package includes the following formats:

Native SketchUp 2020 file (.skp)Converted versions: .fbx and .obj

When using the .fbx or .obj files in your 3D software, please note the following:

Axis Orientation SketchUp uses the blue Z-axis as the upward direction by default. Depending on your 3D software, the imported model may require rotation (typically 90 degrees) to align correctly.

Material Adjustment Reflective materials such as metal or glass set in SketchUp may lose their properties when imported via .fbx or .obj. To assist with this, a reference image is included showing which areas are intended to have reflective materials, so you can manually reapply them in your software.

Model Checking & Reliability The .fbx and .obj files have been imported into Twinmotion and tested multiple times. The model has been reviewed and refined to eliminate any major issues such as missing faces, broken geometry, or misalignments. Due to the model’s complexity, there may still be rare minor issues like overlapping faces or slightly misaligned small parts.

Internal Structure Note Internal areas of the model are not visible or intended for use, so they have not been fully refined. Some overlapping or intersecting geometry may exist in these regions, but they do not affect the model’s appearance or performance and are common practice in efficient 3D modeling.

Vertex & Edge Count Clarification When converting .skp files to .fbx or .obj, the way geometry is interpreted can result in different vertex or edge counts. The counts shown on the platform are based on the original SketchUp file. This is a typical and acceptable occurrence in file conversion.
