He served as head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1924 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924. Nice, it's a quality model. However after opening, the model was not grounded (though that could have been an issue on my computer, not sure). Rather it was standing on a corner, which made it quite difficult to manipulate.
