DESCRIPTION

Beech (fagus sylvatica) forest plot. Beech forests are common in temperate areas in Europe. This plot is located in the Spanish Pyrenees, in a very humid part of a Natural Park. This particular plot was specially interesting because it was in an area with very frequent landslides which causes rapidly changing dynamics.

The model has some interesting features like dead fallen trees, dead leaves and abundant moss all over the scene.

To buld this model, the plot was scanned using photogrammetry techniques. The pictures were taken in the summer of 2016 with a handheld DSLR Canon Camera.

The model is availabe in both OBJ and GLTF formats with a weight of aprox 70mb.
