DESCRIPTION

Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus (Maus - Mouse, another name - Porsche Typ 205 or Pzkpfw.VIII Maus) is a super-heavy tank designed in the Third Reich in the period from 1942 to 1945 under the leadership of Ferdinand Porsche. It is the largest tank in terms of mass ever embodied in metal (combat weight - 188.9 tons). Only two copies of the car were built. Did not participate in hostilities. To date, only one Mouse tank has survived in the world, assembled from parts of both copies, at the Technical Center in Patriot Park .
