DESCRIPTION

This model is made in 3dsMax 9. It's rigged/textured and ready for both high end animation projects and stilled display projects. Maps include texture maps, normal maps, and specular maps. Main textures are all 2048X2048 sized. All thumbnails are rendered by 3dsMax 9 by using default scanline render engine.The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is by law the highest ranking military officer of the United States military, and the principal military adviser to the President of the United States.
