User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the purchased 3D model (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”) on the website [Cgtrader.com] (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise accessing the Model, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of Rights

1.1. The Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Rights Holder”) remains the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to the Model.1.2. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Model solely for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of this Agreement.1.3. The Buyer does not acquire any ownership rights to the Model but only a limited right to use it.

1. Prohibited Actions

2.1. The Buyer is prohibited from selling, distributing, transferring to third parties, renting, or otherwise commercially distributing the Model, including free distribution.2.2. The Buyer is not allowed to modify, alter, or adapt the Model for the purpose of resale or redistribution.2.3. The Buyer may not claim authorship of the Model or use it to create products that may be subject to intellectual property rights without the Rights Holder’s consent.2.4. The Buyer is prohibited from uploading the Model to public platforms for downloading, sharing, or distribution.

1. Liability

3.1. Violation of the terms of this Agreement may result in the revocation of the license to use the Model without a refund.3.2. In case of copyright infringement, the Rights Holder reserves the right to take legal action, including filing claims for damages.

1. Permitted Uses

4.1. The Buyer may use the Model in their projects, including games, visualization, animation, advertising, and other forms of digital content.4.2. The use of the Model in digital products is allowed only if the Model cannot be extracted by third parties.4.3. The Model may be modified or adapted only for personal use or integration into the Buyer’s projects without further distribution.

1. Final Provisions

5.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment the Model is purchased or downloaded and remains in force indefinitely.5.2. The Rights Holder reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement.5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain legally binding.
