Spartan Class Mech Unit-01 Sator

Spartan Class Mech Unit-01 Sator Low-poly 3D model

Description

Spartan Class Unit-01 Sator (Latin for father). Stands true to scale at over 79'8" tall, making it tower over other mobile-suits and mechs of its kind and series.

This Model was made for an animated Low poly project in development, inspired by mecha and anime series such as Gundam.

This is a low poly with lots of detail, potential, and a stand out presence!

Rigged with materials (Blender 2.79) consisting of

Verts= 16,021 Faces= 12,585 Tris= 31,121

(That includes all weapons and ammunition provided.) Has more than 80 Objects which include all parts of the body, a rifle, missile launchers, gatling guns, beam sabers, shields and several other armaments and their various ammunition's and magazines.(As shown)

The unit also has a 2 part hatch to the cockpit which can be opened/rigged for animations.

Cockpit interior is detailed with monitors, buttons and levers, pedals and control sticks which can be animated also. (Would be great for first person perspective in a video game or movie scene)

The weapons have parts which are within the same objects but have their own mesh. (so they may be rigged for animations also).

Parts like the Vernier thrusters have separate objects parented and can be opened and closed as shown in photos.

Gatling gun, its barrels and each section of its belt are separate meshs but within one object. (So you may separate rig and animate as you please)

Hands are singular objects with each part of fingers a separate mesh.

Eyes and parts of model that have emission/glow effect (thrusters & beam sabers) can be changed to any color as with the whole model itself by simply changing or altering materials.

Parts are properly named and designated making it easy to work with and locate anything within the file.

ALL acting and major parts of the model are their own objects and help make this model more configurable.

"The Sator is a special/limited production unit only provided to ACE pilots and though fully capable of meeting any task alone, is usually found within a squad of 3-5 Spec Op Aces.

Boasting both offensive and defensive mobility and firepower unrivaled by other general or mass production units on the battlefield, the Sators yells intimidation. (Your enemies will hear that yell in the form of your Gatling cannons screaming at them as they rain hell)

With the pilots protection and safety in mind, unlike many other mechs the cockpit is not a front opening and entering hatch, but a top opening, allowing for a more well shielded and enforced frontal protection from oncoming assaults or hazards. This also helps pilots from potential pinning I.E not being able to enter and exit the cockpit in the event of having the frontal area of the mech blocked or damaged.

The tactical back unit it wears not only acts as its base vertical and forward propulsion system, but allows the Sator to be equipped and and outfitted with various armaments and equipment via modular hard points on the left and right side of it.

This makes the Sator capable of taking on a large variety of operations and uses while of course upholding it's primary functions.

Appropriately named Sator (Father) as with this unit, you will be Daddy of the Battlefield.."
