By many considered the helmet of centurions, there's no evidence of this. Probably used by simple soldiers legionaries of some specific unit or even of an elite unit.The eagle with the victory wreath is a very common military iconography found on coins and statuettes andthe design has been reconstructed according to Roman coins and statuettes.

This Helmet can be used also with other products from our collections as alternate helmet for Roman Marines: a. Legionary Soldier 1AD; b. Legionary Soldier 1AD-2AD; c. Marine Optio 1AD.
