Probably fine for some CAD rendering but the topology was unusable for a game engine (tried on both Unity and Unreal) - infinitely thin overlapping double sided surfaces, half of the materials were missing in FBX version.
However, the author was very responsive and fixed the description so I removed my negative comment.
