The model has a TurboSmooth modifier (the stack is not collapsed) on some objects. You can control the degree of smoothness.

Nice. Note ~25 MB FBX is high poly-count. It *correctly* calls texture files 'relative', which is sadly rare. Sadly, OBJ+MTL does not call textures, and is ~125 MB, which choked my modeling app.
