  • this is a low-poly 3d model package
  • it’s ready to render in Cinema 4D
  • clean geometry / clean topology
  • all elements/objects that you see on the preview images are included
  • 3d models are UV mapped with non-overlapping UVs so no lighting issue should occur in game engines
  • simple procedural color materials are used for the objects except for the displays of monitors, tablet, Tv, phone and window background
  • wardrobe doors can be opened/closed
  • walls are separate elements so it’s possible to turn them off/on if you need isometric renders or just want to make something different
  • the mics on the headphones can be folded up and down and the height can be set to match better to your character
  • 4 headphones included : 1. for girls and resting object 2.for girl characters when the headphone is on the head (this one is adjustbale) 3.and 4. same thing but they are for boys or simply unisex
  • all objects named properly and nicely organized to make it easier to work with
  • geometry is 99% quads and the rest is tris and n-gons / model isn’t triangulated because it can be done automatically on import if needed and if you want to make changes on the models it’s easier to work with quads
  • the models/scene can be used in video games (even on mobile) real-time AR/VR projects or any real-time visulaization as well as non-real time animations/renderings

For Cinema 4D users :

  • models are textured by using texture tags
  • all UV projections are UVW except the displays that use Flat UV projection
  • materials are easy to modify and/or change

For Non-C4D Users :

  • lights are included in the .dae / .fbx and .blend file formats but not included in the .obj
  • lights need to be set properly in your software
  • materials are included in every exchange format
  • materials needed to be tweaked to get the best result in your software ie. change reflection etc.
