This advanced solution brings convenient, self processing security checks using facial recognition, a smart card reader for ID cards, ePassportreader and fingerprint scanner. Reducing the number of officers required during the day.
The e-Gate uses advanced optical sensors to monitor the passage of users to ensure that only one persons transits at a time. The sensors also recognise passengers with luggage and trollies, ensuring the barriers remain open until the passenger has completed the transit. In the event of luggage being left in the passage way of the speed gate, the e-Gate will remain open until the luggage is removed
