Note: Some materials are only work in blender. Sofa material is node based and candle material includes SSS which is not availablefor Obj. and Fbx. exports.

This collection is made for arch-vis, game engines, AR and VR and other uses.

Note: For Blender users, to link textures follow the path File/External data/Find missing files and select the extracted textures folder. This will link textures right away.

The model has clean topology, grouped and named appropriately, and unwrapped.Textures include base colour, roughness, metallic, Normal, alpha, and emissive.Modelled and textured in Blender.All of the objects are created from scratch in blender 3.0.0

Also commission is open for blender projects.
