Hello!We present you a furniture set for an office space. The set consists of:

• 1 modular task chair (top + bottom)
• 1 side chair
• 1 coffee table
• 1 laptop (base + lid)
• 1 desk lamp
• 1 ceiling lamp
• 1 mobile monitor
• 1 modular desk in 4 variations (top + bottom and with or without side and accoustic panels)
• 1 accoustic panel

The models are UV unwrapped and can be used in Unreal Engine as they each have 2 sets of UV's.Also, you may find included an upholstery materials pack.

The poly count of the whole scene is around 142000. The assets are not designed for mobile applications.
