Description
Realistic , model of office chair, made with subdivision surfaces, contains two variations: new and fresh from conveyor and a dusty version. Variations can be mixed for different chair parts. Inspired by a Chinese noname brand with artistic modifications. Made in Blender 3.01.
20500 Polygons (99% quads) without sub-d surface/turbosmooth
- For use in Blender, make sure that .blend file and Textures folder are both in the root of project folder, so textures are hooked up automatically. Subsurf modifiers are preserved.
- For external use, FBX is preferred. Due to the known limitation of the format, Normal map should be connected manually. Otherwise, all the textures are already embedded within a file
- Worn out version of the chair is set by default. To use the pristine version of a chair, simply back up current textures and replace them with ones from a New subfolder
- Substance Painter file for fun. Feel free to paint your own variations.When applying Subdivision smoothing/Turbosmooth, make sure to change UV smoothing algorithm to Keep Corners/Preserve Edges or analagous to avoid texture distortions along UV island borders
