Office building 3D model

This collection contains a complete office building model with props, all textured, render ready. The package is currently available for Blender, render engine: Cycles.

Most parts of the scene are unwrapped (where applicable), other parts rely on different shader properties/setups. All textures are packed into the .BLEND file.

All lights are positioned realistically, area portals assist in rendering without noise when rendering the interior parts.

Everything you see in the screenshots are included. The trees are not in clueded ! Good choice for prototyping or populating industrial projects.

Please refer to the screenshots for details and to see what models are included. The office building has different office-related props, such as tables, desks, computers, chairs.

No modifiers have been applied (arrays, subdivision surface) so you can easily and quickly as per your needs.

The model is available in .FBX, .OBJ, .3DS formats. If you intend to use the other formats, you'll manually have to assign textures to materials.
