If you import fbx you'll have to redo materials and choose where the textures are located as your software may not see them right away. Creating materials should be fairly simple as they are already attached to proper objects

Please be aware the .blend file will work only with Blender 2.8 and above. Due to huge software changes it won't work 100% correct with 2.79 and below.

Quite nice. In use, the space is a bit bigger than it seemed in the product pictures. The floor has some scuffs to the texture which is nice as well.
