The textures are very nice and the court is accurately scaled. The only things missing are the textures for the cleaning cart.

The texture and Uv-ing for this file doesn't give the same results as the renders. I bought this asset because I had a deadline, I complained to the seller but got no reply so I'm literally scrambling to meet my deadline. I'd suggest you using your money on a different asset especially if you are pressed with time because this seller doesn't seem to care about that.
