The texture and Uv-ing for this file doesn't give the same results as the renders. I bought this asset because I had a deadline, I complained to the seller but got no reply so I'm literally scrambling to meet my deadline.
I'd suggest you using your money on a different asset especially if you are pressed with time because this seller doesn't seem to care about that.

Really nice high school style gym with basketball theme! It looks really great and exactly what I needed! :)

The textures are very nice and the court is accurately scaled. The only things missing are the textures for the cleaning cart.
