The whole model was created in Blender for architectural visualization. The materials were setup for cycles render and the render previews were also rendered in cycles engine. Each object is named accordingly and they are all parented to an empty for eaiser movement and scaling (if needed).

If you are planing to use this model in Blender you also have the option of linking it to your project instead of appending it. You will also find that the modifiers weren't applied.
